The Forge Pizza Fire Truck is an Original 1971 Ford Fire Engine Retrofitted Into a Full Service Catering Party Truck. The Truck is Operated by the Experience Catering Team at The Fourth Bore Tap Room and Grill in Orinda, CA.

Wood-Fired Pizza

We offer over a dozen iterations of Forge Pizza’s famous wood-fired pies. We believe in purity and flavor, which is why we use only all-natural ingredients with each pie baked to perfection in our wood-fired oven, ensuring a crispy, smoky finish that tantalizes your taste buds.

 

Grilled Favorites

Our menu extends beyond pizzas to include a tantalizing array of char-broiled specialties. From succulent meats to grilled vegetables, our offerings are carefully selected for quality and grilled to perfection. Smell the sizzle and the char while enjoying your summer favorites.

Lance brings over 30 years of leadership to the everything the Fourth Bore does. His extensive event and restaurant experience allows us the  ability to execute events of any size.

Kevin Coupe

Catering Manager

Kevin joined the team in 2022 and is the “man with the plan” when it comes to the finer details and menu offerings helping make our clients’ events a most memorable occasion.

Chef

Known affectionately as “Lunch Lady Williams” for his time as Head Chef of Orinda Intermediate School, Jon has been a Lamorinda culinary staple for nearly a decade with his culinary classic and involvement in the community.

Santos Rodriguez

Beginning over 10 years ago at the original Forge Pizza in Jack London Square, Santos has perfected the craft of Neapolitan Pizza while working in 3 Forge Restaurants and now as driver and head pizzaiolo of our Fire Truck.
